Architecture: from Classicism to the Baroque

Balance, symmetry and ancient references are associated with trompe-l'œil, illusion and appearance.

Pupils learn to distinguish between classicism and baroque by playing with comparisons, and go in search of details relating to each of these trends.

In the workshop, they try their hand at creating an architectural drawing or model based on a facade survey.
