Description
The château's kitchens are abuzz with activity: the hostess is entertaining!
Pupils watch as the meal is prepared and quantities estimated, and then the roles are assigned: designing menus, preparing dishes, serving at table...
In the workshop, they assist the servants by setting the table and folding napkins, according to 17th-century custom, creating real table decorations.
