Presentation

Behind the Château de Maisons lies one of the greatest architects of the 17th century: François Mansart!

Students discover the man, his craft and one of his most majestic creations, which combines ancient references and modernity.

During a workshop, they can transform themselves into little architects  and learn how to read a plan, observe the symmetry of volumes and draw up a survey of the château's facade!
