Introduction

At the château, the children discover the four elements depicted in the sculpted decorations: water, air, earth and fire. During the tour and workshop, pupils observe a variety of artworks linked to these four elements, and are asked to sort objects, complete jigsaw puzzles, identify sounds and mimic poses. Each pupil is given a sheet of paper on which to express the emotions they feel when viewing the artworks on display.
